  • What types of exercises are included in a training sessions? How often should I have training?

  • Personal training sessions include a wide range of exercises, from strength training and cardiovascular workouts to flexibility and mobility exercises. The frequency of sessions can vary based on your goals and schedule. Typically, for optimum results, we suggest sessions to be scheduled 2-3 times per week, but this can be adjusted to meet your individual needs and objectives.

  • Are sessions conducted at a fixed schedule? Can I cancel or reschedule a training session?

  • While we offer the flexibility to schedule your sessions based on your availability, we do have a cancellation policy. We require 24-hour notice for any cancellations & you can reschedule the session within a specified period. We understand that life can be unpredictable, so we aim to accommodate your needs as best as we can.

  • Where will the training sessions be usually conducted? Can I conduct the training at home or at the gym?

  • Our training sessions are typically held at Embrace Fitness Studio in Kallang. However, we understand that location preferences may vary. Requests for training sessions at different locations are welcome and subject to schedule availability. Rates for off-site training may differ from the published rates, and we'll do our best to accommodate your preferred training environment.
